The LFS-PCM Dongle-Less is a 100/10Mbps Fast Ethernet PCMCIA adapter  with one built-in RJ45 connector for cabling speed detection automatically. There is no need for a dongle.  It supports hot swap card's insertion / removal feature to coexist with other PCMCIA cards.
