Statement
Please read the following warranty statement to make sure you understand the warranty provisions for your product before you make online registration.
Limited WarrantyThe limited warranty on your OvisLink product covers parts and labor against defects in material or workmanship for a period of time from the original date of purchase. The warranty period is various on products and location. Please contact your local dealer/purchased store for detail.
This warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by abuse, misuse, abnormal use, faulty installation, improper maintenance or any repairs other than those provided by an authorized OvisLink technical support center.
There are no obligations of liability on the part of OvisLink for consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the product or other indirect damages with respect to loss of property, revenues, of profit, or costs of removal, installation, or reinstallation. All implied warranties for OvisLink, including implied warranties for fitness, are limited in duration to a specific time from the original date of purchase.
OvisLink warrants its networking product (The Product) against defects in materials or workmanship as follows:
LaborWhen products within the warranty period, OvisLink will repair defects in material or workmanship in the Product at no charge.
PartsWithin the warranty period, OvisLink will supply, at no charge, new or rebuilt, at OvisLink option, replacement parts in exchange for defective parts (excepting power supply and fan). Any replacement parts will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. All hardware returned for repair depot must be packaged in the original or equivalent packing. If packing other than the original is used the customer will be responsible for all damages incurred while shipping to the repair depot. All defective parts replaced under this Limited Warranty will become the property of OvisLink. The return/repair process please refer to our RMA policy.
This Limited Warranty covers only the hardware components packaged with the Product. It does not cover technical assistance for hardware or software usage and it does not cover any software products whether or not contained in the Product.
This Limited Warranty is non-transferable. Proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale (which is evidence that the Product is within the warranty period) must be presented to obtain warranty service if requested by OvisLink support personnel.
Prior to placing your call, please have available the model and serial number for your Product and a detailed description of the problem. Please contact your local authorized distributor listed on your Warranty Registration Card packed with your product for Technical support. If you are missing a warranty registration form and don't have the local distributor information, please e-mail us for information.
